Help support families caring for loved ones with autism.

In conjunction with MassHealth, Autism Welcoming℠ offers training and certification for dental practices interested in better serving people with autism. Currently, the certification process is offered free of charge to dental practices, thanks to financial support from the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services.

Autism Welcoming℠ certified dental practices take extra steps to create an sensory-responsive and inclusive environment by educating staff and making simple but impactful accommodations to their location. Through Autism Welcoming℠, we are creating a more accepting and accessible community, leading to increased quality of life for people with autism and their families.

Upcoming Informational Webinars for Dental Professionals

At these webinars, we will provide an overview of autism and give general guidance on how you can support individuals with autism in your practice. We will also share information about the process of becoming a certified Autism Welcoming℠ dental practice.

Dates: March 26, May 16, June 5
Time: 12-1 p.m.
