Join the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services for a Transition presentation. We will discuss DDS’s role as your child embarks on their transition. Information will be provided to broaden your understanding of DDS and the transition process as you navigate The Road Forward. This presentation will apply both to families supporting loved ones with an intellectual disability as well as those eligible through the Adult Autism Division.
A Full Life Ahead is a workshop series offered by Massachusetts Families Organizing for Change (MFOFC) for parents and guardians of young adults with a disability. The series focuses on transition, employment, housing, friendships and other topics that will lead to interdependent, full lives. Advocates is proud to partner with MFOFC to offer workshops in the Metro Boston/MetroWest region.
