Boston Sports Museum FREE Tours for Families, School Programs, and Inclusion Classrooms for Children with Autism
Our friends at the Boston Sports Museum have reached out to us and wanted to share with our Autism Alliance families a free tour of the Sports Museum and parts of TD Garden. No party is too big or too small. All are welcome. For more information, please contact Michelle Gormley, Director of Education, The Sports Museum and Boston vs. Bullies.
At MAMP, they work closely with children and adolescents ages 7 to 19 who present with social anxiety, specific phobias, panic attacks, separation anxiety, agoraphobia, and obsessions and compulsions. Located on the campus of Sancta Maria Hospital in Cambridge, their outpatient clinic provides group cognitive behavior therapy sessions with an emphasis on exposure and response prevention. These treatment methods help kids and teens learn the skills they need to understand and manage their fears and anxieties.
