The holidays mean changes in the schedule, visitors, crowds, line-ups, noise, and socializing. Meeting family demands can be especially nerve-wracking, particularly if you want to break with time-honored traditions that just don’t work for an autistic person. Here are a few ideas for making the holidays happy and a little less stressful.

Portuguese Speaking Families are invited to join our monthly virtual support group to meet new families and share the joys and challenging of raising a child on the autism spectrum and learn about the latest autism information and resources. This group is led by the Autism Alliance Parent/Professional team members and guests.
