Tech Kids Unlimited are friends and partners of the Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation for Autism, and we wanted to share upcoming virtual programs from them. Tech Kids Unlimited (TKU) is on a mission to empower neurodiverse students' lives by teaching computer science & tech skills; we harness their passion & expose them to careers in the field. TKU inspires neurodiverse students to create & share the tools of tech in a supportive community. By addressing gaps in access to tech, TKU strives to change the paradigm for education & employment for neurodiverse kids. TKU's work-based learning model for teens helps to create a pathway for future employment.
Our very own Eve Costarelli created these videos specifically to be easy to use, fully adaptable to all ages & abilities (all sections can be done "how it works" for each body) and for kids and adults to have fun together while breathing, moving, and meditating. The Mini-Mindful Moment With Eve: HABITS series can help children and grown-ups to grow healthy habits to deal with life’s ups, downs, and everything in-betweens. Each video is roughly 15-20 minutes and can be done as a full set or each section can be practiced separately.
