April is Autism Awareness Month
Let's stay connected through hope, compassion, and understanding.
Healthy Heroes Daily Resources
Social distancing guidelines have been extended through April and we want to let you know that you will continue to receive daily resources. We are collecting resources for at home and online activities you and your loved ones can use to fill your day, engage your mind, stretch your muscles, and stay connected. For additional resources, follow us on Facebook and tell us about any useful resources you find that you'd like us to share.
Children's Book Read-Alouds
This list includes over 50 children's authors who are doing online read-aloud stories and offering other online activities for kids. You can find all the information for each author's story time and other activities here.
Caring For a Child with Autism
You may be finding it hard to care for your child while they are at home and not able to receive their usual services. This resource can help you with some tips to care for your child and provides some information about services that may be available virtually.
The Met Museum for Kids
Explore the Met with this interactive, kid friendly, virtual version of the museum. Kids can view the map and click on different exhibits around the museum to learn about them. Or they can hop in the time machine and choose a time and place they want to explore art from.
