Elizabeth is a Speech/Language Pathologist with over 40 years of experience providing therapy and consultation for children, families, and school teams impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder. Claire Vann from The Federation for Children with Special Needs will provide an overview of the transition planning process for youth with disabilities ages 14-22 on IEPs. All families welcome.
