A Special THANK YOU 1st Annual Mike Sacco Golf Tournament for Autism ![]() Thank you to the friends and volunteers who hosted the first annual Mike Sacco Golf Tournament for Autism last month at Shining Rock Golf Club in Northbridge. More than 80 golfers enjoyed a sunny day on the course and raised more than $13,000 to help families and individuals with autism. Thank you!
![]() Congratulations Dougie Award Recipients A special thank you to the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism for recognizing individuals doing outstanding work in the autism community. Sarah Kistner and Alyson Burchill both received a Dougie Award. They choose the Autism Alliance as the organization for their grant donation. The Autism Alliance is grateful to receive $1,000 in honor of Sarah and Alyson!

Autism Alliance SUMMER RECREATION ENRICHMENT ![]() Southwick Summer Zoo Club Monday July 19th 11:00 a.m. Southwick Zoo Club will give you an up close and personal look at some fun and interesting animals that live at the zoo. Exhibit "A" Brewing Company Autism Welcoming Hours are every Sunday from 12-1pm beginning July 4, 2021 Exhibit "A" Brewing Company This wonderful establishment is a NEWLY Certified Autism Welcoming Business. Some of the ways they will do this is by providing Autism Welcoming hours (lower music volume, less crowded), communication with families and individuals on how they can make their specific experience more enjoyable, calming tools and games, and striving to provide a welcoming space for everyone. Upon your arrival, they ask that you notify the host or manager of any special accommodations you would like, such as a calming kit, a quiet table, picture menu, sensory friendly table games, and/or if you would like to check out with your order.

The Museum will be closed to the general public and headcount will be limited. Advance registration is required.

The series is geared towards families new to ABA services as well as families who are currently receiving services, and just want to learn more. Introduction to ABA and Speech Language Services July 7th at 8:00 p.m. This FREE informative webinar will go over the key concepts of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) during the first half of the webinar as well as a blend of introduction to ABA and Speech and Language Therapy services during the second half of the webinar. The webinar is a great introductory webinar for family members and caregivers of children that have started either ABA therapy or ABA therapy and speech and language services or are about to get started with therapy.
