You've never tried our Sunday Open Gym program?! What are you waiting for...your family's first visit is free.
Come spend some quality, family time, while promoting community skills development in a therapeutic environment. There's no pre-registration necessary - just drop in. Siblings are welcome and encouraged to attend. After your first complimentary visit, the weekly fee is $5.00 per family.
Our Sunday Open Gym is a therapuetic, 3,000 square foot, carpeted, padded, open space environment. There are trained staff on hand to meet and greet families. Parents/Caretakers are required to supervise participants. For individuals that could benefit, we offer activity schedules, visual supports and timers.
We offer two different sessions to accommodate all ages. Children are welcome from 10:00am - 1:00pm. Ages 14 and up are welcome between 2:00pm - 5:00pm. Please note: Last admittance is at 4:00pm to allow participants adequate time to use the equipment.
Our Gym program is open every Sunday from December 9, 2018 through March 31, 2019. However, sometimes things happen that cause us to have to close the program unexpectedly. We will do everything in our power to keep the program running smoothly every week, but we encourage all participants to check our Facebook page before heading to the gym program; that is where we will post any last minute issues regarding the status of the program. Below, you will find a social story that outlines some of the reasons that the Gym Program could be cancelled. We hope this tool will help ease any disappointment felt when unexpected changes happen to our schedule.
